Christian Counseling.

When someone needs spiritual advice, they go to their minister or pastor. When someone needs psychological advice, they go to a counselor. But what if you need both? Most pastors are not trained or equipped to help with mental health or more advanced relationship issues. That is when finding a counselor who is grounded in your faith tradition can be very helpful!

“"If you can’t fly, then run, If you can’t run, then walk, If you can’t walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward."”

Martin Luther King Jr.

Let’s try a better approach together.

I am a Christian counselor who is open to integrating practices of the Christian faith in my therapy process. I did not go to seminary, but I have studied and practiced the Christian faith all of my life. I grew up Catholic and became a born again Christian in young adulthood. I have always attended and been involved in a Christian church-- participating in and leading Bible studies, serving as a women’s ministry leader, working with visitation and healing ministries, and hosting small groups. My Christian faith is the foundation upon which my life and work are built.

If you would like to integrate Biblical teaching, prayer, or ministry into counseling, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your requests. If you are seeking a counselor with a Christian worldview and values, who practices her faith seriously, please reach out and connect!

God, me, and you.

Together we can seek the mental, emotional, and spiritual peace of mind you are looking for.

Faith-based intervention that fits your values.
